 Carbonic maceration coffee is                 made by fermenting ripe coffee cherries in a sealed container filled with carbon dioxide gas. This                 unique process encourages the cherries to release sugars, which are metabolized by yeast and bacteria to                 create distinctive aromatic compounds. The resulting coffee beans have a complex flavor profile with                 fruity and floral notes and bright acidity, making it a highly sought-after specialty                 coffee.

This coffee has a rich and complex aroma that is                 saturated with luscious fruits, caramelized sugar, and toasted flakes.              Kudiraipanjan estate is a 3rd generation Family-run                 estate located in the scenic Shervaroy hills of Tamil Nadu. Shervaroy‘s are known for producing some of                 the finest coffee’s in the world.
The estate is surrounded with a variety of trees & plants to                 provide shade for wonderful coffee, which produces complex & flavourful coffee. This plush land receives                 65 inches of rain throughout the year, which ensures the soil is constantly fed with the right balance                 of micro & macro nutrients essential to produce excellent coffee & oranges.
This estate is a                 friendly home to wildlife such as a variety of bird species & Bisons. Trained hand pickers collect the                 fruit from the plant & sort it out according to their ripeness. Coffee beans are then pulped & taken to                 the fermentation tanks. A separate washer for the washed coffees that are washed with pure stream water                 to ensure its purity & hygiene. The processed coffee is dried in the natural sun, which gives buttery &                 sweet tropical notes lingering on the palate thus making it a very flavourful coffee in your cup!

They go through a rigorous process of                 handpicking the highest quality coffee cherries and process it with love and utmost care.
